1. Consultation & Planning Fees
Fees paid directly to Erickson Travels for consultation, research, itinerary design, or coordination are non-refundable, as these cover the time and expertise invested in planning your travel experience—even if the trip is later canceled or not booked.
2. Third-Party Travel Bookings
Refunds for flights, cruises, hotels, excursions, and other travel components are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the individual travel suppliers (e.g., airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, hotels). Erickson Travels does not control or guarantee refunds from these providers.

Some suppliers may charge cancellation fees or offer only credit for future travel instead of refunds.
3. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment against unforeseen events, including cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel interruptions. Insurance refund claims are handled directly through the policy provider.
4. Changes and Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing. Erickson Travels will work with travel suppliers to request changes or refunds where possible, but outcomes are based on each supplier’s terms at the time of request.
5. No-Show or Missed Travel
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, missed flights, or unused portions of your trip due to personal error, failure to meet travel requirements, or lack of proper documentation.
6. Force Majeure
Erickson Travels is not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or supplier insolvency. Refunds or credits under such circumstances are at the discretion of the supplier.
